This was initially going to be my final version of the comic, but as I did pages 2 and 3, I started to feel like I needed to figure some stuff out first. The big one was backgrounds. Not only did I over-clutter my pages due to my incessant need to give every panel a background, but my characters would get lost among the colors and overall busy-ness. There was also some kinks in the script I felt I needed to work out. For instance, even though it was for comedy's sake, I wasn't really a fan of making Nuna come off as an abusive partner. And, admittedly, even by that point I hadn't figured out what to do with Otay as a character.
